Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. mild sausage
9 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, cubed
2 c. Cheddar cheese
3 c. milk
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs. Add mustard, milk and salt. Stir. Add bread and sausage. Pour in a 9 x 13 buttered baking pan. Top with cheese. Set in refrigerator overnight and bake in morning at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
