Puffy Tuna Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
30 baked puff shells
Preparation

Drain tuna; flake.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Combine with remaining ingredients except puff shells.
Cut tops from shells. Fill each with 2 teaspoons mixture.
Yields 30 appetizers.
