Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. Raisin Bran cereal
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cereal, sugar, flour, salt and baking soda; mix well.
    Add buttermilk, eggs and oil.
    Mix well, making sure all dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full with batter.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until done.
    Yield: 2 dozen muffins.
