Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken breast for 4 tortillas
    1 green onion
    1/2 onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper
    4 ripe olives
    1/2 can enchilada sauce
    4 corn tortillas
    5 Tbsp. grated Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken breast in enough water to cover.
    Add 1/2 onion, salt and dash of pepper; bring to a boil, then cook 20 to 25 minutes on low heat or until tender.
    Remove skin and bones from chicken; cut into small pieces.
    Slice green onion and olives into small pieces.
