Cheese Pie Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. Alba powdered milk
    2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    5 ice cubes
    1/2 c. pineapple (packed in water only) or 7 to 8 frozen strawberries or fresh
Preparation
    Pour into blender cottage cheese, powdered milk, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon.
    Put Knox gelatine into cup; add cold water to blend it.
    Add boiling water to gelatin.
    Mix it well; pour it into blender.
    Blend; add ice cubes, one at a time into blender.
    Add pineapple or frozen strawberries.
