Party Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 loaf thinly sliced sandwich bread, crusts removed
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, butter, garlic salt and parsley to a soft cream.
    Spread mixture on one slice of bread.
    Add second slice and spread with mixture.
    Cut into 4 squares.
    Spread mixture on the sides of each square.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Cover with foil; refrigerate until 20 minutes before serving.
    Remove foil; bake until lightly browned.
