Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 small minced onion
2/3 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. curry (very important)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Wash peppers; remove stem ends, seeds and membranes.
Cook 5 minutes in boiling salted water; drain.
Brown beef and onion, stirring with fork.
Add remaining ingredients, except tomato sauce.
Fill peppers and place in deep baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over tops and around peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
