Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. sour cream (light)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    2 diced bananas
    2 Tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries (optional)
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Spoon into paper cups in muffin pans. Freeze. Makes 24 to 30 frozen muffin salads.
