Hot Chicken 'N Chip Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
Sprinkle cheese and chips on top.
Very good.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, or longer for larger or until heated through.
