Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper or carrots
    1 can pimento
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put onions, green
    pepper,
    red
    pepper
    or carrots and pimento in a large mixing
    bowl;
    put 1 cup sugar over top and mix.
    Bring vinegar, Wesson oil, 2 teaspoons sugar and salt to a boil.
    Pour hot
    mixture over cabbage mixture and mix.
    Keep refrigerated overnight, then
    ready to use.
    Will keep indefinitely.
