Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of dry mustard (optional)
    lettuce, endive or dandelion greens
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Mix other ingredients in a pan.
    Add bacon with grease.
    Cook at medium heat until reasonably thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour over your choice of salad greens and mix well.
    You may let vegetables cook a few minutes in a pan with dressing on them or pour over the fresh vegetables.
