Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken, cooked or 1 large can Swanson chicken breast
1 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 (No. 2) can Del Monte cream-style corn
1 small jar pimentos
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine ingredients and place in a 2-quart casserole baking dish, covered with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and brown.
Good hot or cold.
