Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch baked pie crust
    1 1/2 qt. strawberries
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. to 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Crush 1/2 quart strawberries;
    mix with water, sugar and cornstarch.
    Boil until thick and clear.
    Put whole berries in baked pie crust.
    Pour sauce over berries.
    Chill until firm. Serves 8.
