Fudgey Brownies - cooking recipe

3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir cocoa and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Blend in 1/3 cup oil and boiling water. Stir until mixture thickens, then stir in sugar, eggs and remaining oil. Mix until smooth and creamy. Now add your flour, vanilla and salt. Blend completely. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
