Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow rice or rice pilaf mix
8 oz. skinless, boneless chicken, cut into pieces
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. olive oil
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can each diced tomatoes and chicken broth
7 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered (3/4 c.)
1/2 c. frozen baby sweet peas
1/2 (7.25 oz.) jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained and cut into strips
Preparation
