Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. bread flour
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
Preparation
    Bring water, salt, sugar and shortening to a boil and boil for 1 minute; cool until warm.
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water and add to water mixture.
    Beat at high speed in mixing bowl with eggs and 4 cups of flour for about 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add rest of flour (3 cups) by hand.
    Place in covered, buttered bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    Shape into desired rolls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
