Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1 Tbsp. sliced red chile pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Wash green beans; trim ends and remove strings.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Place beans and sliced red chile pepper in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Add water; cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Microwave at High for 12 to 14 minutes, or until beans are tender, stirring twice.
    Let stand, covered, 3 to 4 minutes.
