Lima Beans And Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) bag frozen Fordhook lima beans
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Del Monte stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine
crisp bacon, crumbled (optional)
Preparation

Cook lima beans in small amount of water until tender.
Drain excess water.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to tomatoes (may cut into smaller pieces).
Cook cornstarch and tomatoes until juice is thick.
Add cooked lima beans and seasoning and heat.
