Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    1 box lasagna noodles
    3/4 to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large glass bowl crumble ground beef and microwave on High for
    3
    to
    4\tminutes
    or until brown, stirring once. Drain fat; stir
    in
    sauce, water and garlic.
    In another bowl combine Ricotta, eggs
    and\tpepper.
    In
    a\t3 quart dish spoon sauce to lightly
    cover
    bottom
    of\tdish.
    Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture,
    Mozzarella
    and
    sauce.
    (Do
    not cook noodles.) Microwave
    on
    High
    covered
    8 minutes;
    turn once, then microwave at Medium-low, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until noodles
    are
    tender.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and let stand 15 minutes, covered.
