Lobster Thermidor - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. lobster, chopped
5 c. cream sauce (using half and half)
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. sherry wine
1 tsp. paprika
7 drops egg color (yellow food coloring)
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare cream sauce using egg shade for coloring.
Combine with all the above ingredients, except cheese, paprika, sherry wine and bread crumbs.
Fill the lobster shells with this mixture; sprinkle with mixture of cheese and bread crumbs.
Top with paprika for color.
Moisten tops with sherry wine.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
