Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 lemon
Preparation

Blend together sugar, butter, egg yolks, milk and flour.
Add juice and rind of 1 lemon.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into crust and bake in slow oven.
