Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breast, cooked and deboned
2 c. Uncle Ben's wild rice, cooked
1/4 stick butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Saute
onions
in butter.
Add flour and mix well.
Add milk, mushrooms and mushroom soup.
Stir until hot.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Put rice in bottom of greased casserole dish,
then the chicken.
Pour prepared sauce over this. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
