Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. kraut (buy in jars)
    4 oz. pimentos
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Drain kraut and pimentos.
    Save juice from pimentos.
    Mix ingredients with juice from pimentos.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Stir well before serving.
