Creamed Chicken Or Turkey On Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. chopped chicken
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/2 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken stock
    1 c. cream or milk
    1 small jar pimiento
    1 c. green peas
Preparation
    Brown celery and onion in butter until tender.
    Add flour, then chicken stock.
    Add cream and do not let come to boil.
    Add chopped chicken, pimiento and peas and serve over Egg Bread.
