Caramel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 caramels
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1 c. whipping cream (about 2 c. whipped)
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    pecan halves (optional)
Preparation
    Put caramels and milk in top of double boiler (or use microwave).
    Let melt and then set aside.
    Dissolve gelatine in the water.
    Whip cream and add to gelatine.
    Fold into caramel mixture. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and trim with pecans.
