Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 small onion
    1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2/3 c. water or milk
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Brown sausage until crumbly; drain.
    Add onion and celery. Cook slowly for 20 minutes.
    Add soup, water and rice; mix well. Pour into 8-inch casserole.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
