6 eggs
2 c. half and half
1 lb. sausage
salt and pepper
6 slices of white bread cubed no crust
1 8 oz. pkg. of cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown sausage in pan, drain.
Mix eggs, half and half, salt, and pepper together.
Layer in glass dish bread, then sausage, and then cheese.\tPour egg mixture over all.
Stand covered in refrigerator overnight.
Cook 45 minutes. Remove, let stand for 5 minutes.
