Cream Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 pkg. (8 oz. size) cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, separated
Preparation
    Spread 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Open out rolls and spread in pan.
    Pinch perforated edges together.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk.
    Spread on rolls.
    May need to microwave cream cheese 30 seconds or so.
    Take second can of rolls and put over cream cheese mixture.\tPinch edges together.
    Brush top with egg white.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares when cool.
