Pistachio Almond Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/4 c. oil
1 (3 oz.) box pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
3 drops green food coloring
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Remove and complete cooling on a rack.
Sift powdered sugar on top.
