Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup (Karo)
2/3 c. water
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook sugar, Karo and water together to soft ball stage.
Pour gradually over beaten egg whites.
Beat constantly until mixture holds a peak.
Spread on cake; sprinkle with coconut.
