Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vermicelli
    3/4 cube butter
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    dry parsley
Preparation
    Brown vermicelli and rice in butter (noodles first).
    Heat chicken broth, salt, bouillon and parsley in saucepan.
    After rice browns, put in casserole dish and pour broth over and add mushrooms.
    Bake for 20 minutes, covered, at 350\u00b0.
    After baking, rest 15 minutes in oven.
