Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in long baking dish. Mix baking
    mix,
    paprika,
    salt
    and
    pepper;
    coat chicken. Place skin side down in dish.
    (Can also use skinned chicken.) Bake
    for 35
    minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake about 15 minutes or until done.
