Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
    salt and pepper
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Boil squash that has been cut into pieces until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mix ingredients.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Cover with stuffing and bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
