Festive Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bacon strips
2 chicken breast halves, skin and bones
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Wrap 2 bacon strips around each chicken breast; place in a shallow glass baking dish and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar; add remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken, turning to coat evenly.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
