White Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
2 egg whites (unbeaten)
2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar and egg whites until fluffy.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Pour in greased sheet cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until springs back.
