Chocolate Pie From Scratch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. cocoa*
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 egg yolks, separated (save whites for meringue)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, plus egg yolks together.
    Get milk real hot; do not scorch.
    While milk is heating, take 1/2 cup and add to the dry mixture.
    Add slowly to the milk, while stirring continuously, until thickens and bubbles.
    Add margarine and stir until it melts.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
