Baked Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. crushed pineapple, partially drained
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
5 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 lb. margarine
Preparation

Put bread cubes in melted margarine; stir until brown.
Mix sugar and flour together, then add pineapple.
Add eggs and stir well.
Place browned bread cubes on pineapple mixture in alternate layers in casserole.
Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Delicious warm or cold, especially good with baked ham.
