Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 c. each: chopped fresh broccoli and cauliflower
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls out flat in a large jelly roll pan. Press crescent rolls with fingers to fit pan.
    Bake crescent rolls in oven at 375\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown.
