Stuffed Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    3 c. crab meat
    2 medium onions, chopped
    4 ribs celery
    1 small bell pepper or 1/2 large
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom buttons, sliced
    4 tsp. flour
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    juice of 1 lemon
    cayenne pepper to taste (watch it)
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Chop onions, bell pepper and celery with 1/2 stick of butter, saute in frying pan.
    Add juice from mushrooms and 4 teaspoons of butter.
    Stir.
    Add sliced mushrooms and milk.
    Stir; let cook 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat.
    Stir in cayenne pepper.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
    Add beaten eggs, lemon juice and flour.
    Stir in the crab meat and bread crumbs and cook 5 minutes.
    Stuff crab shells or pour into casserole dish.
    Brown in oven and serve.
