Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 c. hot water
    1/2 to 1 c. frozen peas
    1 (2 oz.) can pimento, diced
Preparation
    Shape sausage into 1-inch balls.
    Cook sausage and onion in skillet until onion is tender and sausage is lightly browned; drain.
    Add next 4 ingredients; heat to boiling and cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Add peas and pimento.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes longer. Taste for seasoning. Some salt and pepper may be needed, depending on seasonings in sausage.
    Serves 6 to 8.
