Baked Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

6 ears corn
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 stick margarine
Preparation

Cut and scrape corn from cob into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Place into well-greased shallow baking dish. Butter should be dotted on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
