Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 slices bread, broken in pieces
nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all together.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix.
Pour into 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle on top with nutmeg.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
