Crawfish Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    2 lb. crawfish, peeled and cleaned (crabmeat or shrimp can be substituted for crawfish)
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all together. Then add it to shells. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
