Pink Angel Cake(Easter Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) angel food cake
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz.)
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Thaw strawberries and drain off juice.
    Sprinkle gelatin over juice in a small dish.
    Allow to stand until gelatin is softened. Set dish in hot water until gelatin dissolves.
    Combine gelatin mixture with berries.
    Chill until thickened but not congealed.
