Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French green beans
    1 can small peas
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 jar pimentos
    1 green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onion
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Drain green beans, peas, corn and pimentos.
    Dice green pepper, celery and onion.
    Heat for dressing and cool: sugar, salt, pepper, salad oil, vinegar and water.
    Pour dressing over combined vegetables.
    Let set overnight.
    Keeps several days in refrigerator and can be frozen.
