Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes, peeled and cut up
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 Tbsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. basil
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 garlic bulbs, chopped
8 onions, chopped
4 green bell peppers, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot.
Simmer slowly, while stirring, for 1 hour or more.
