Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie dough for double crust
    6 medium green tomatoes, sliced paper thin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with pie dough. Dot with butter.
    Layer tomatoes and top with sugar, spices, vinegar, butter and a sprinkling of flour until all ingredients are used.
    Vent crust in center of pie.
    Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0. Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with a wedge of cheese.
