Open-Faced Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pinch of salt
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients.
    Add
    Crisco.
    Mix into crumbs. Add the
    egg;
    mix
    well.
    Put into pie plate.\tArrange sliced peaches on\tcrust.\tCream
    the
    sugar and 1 tablespoon oleo or butter; add the
    egg.\tMix well; pour over peaches.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
