Oxtail Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. oxtail
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    10 1/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    4 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Boil oxtails until tender, very tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until thick, for about 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
