San Francisco Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. chopped clams (optional)
    1 c. mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 pt. sour cream (optional)
    white cooking wine
    1 lb. fettucini, cooked to directions and drained
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine.
    Add garlic, clams, parsley, soup and white cooking wine to taste until mixture is smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Add sour cream and Parmesan cheese to taste; pour over fettucini.
    Serve with a nice salad and French bread.
